These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mage88 website located at mage88.app ("Platform"), all associated services, games, and promotional offers provided by mage88 ("we", "us", "our", "mage88"). By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Access to and participation in the services offered on the mage88 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mage88 is a 21+ platform without exception. Creating an account if you are under the age of 21 is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence depending on your jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded, permanently banned, or barred from the Platform by mage88 or any affiliated operator.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. mage88 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Opening multiple accounts — including for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

mage88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("KYC") at any time, including at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. mage88 complies with international anti-money-laundering standards and is legally obligated to conduct due diligence on player accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mage88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mage88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a password that is unique to your mage88 account and not shared with any other service.

All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. mage88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify mage88 immediately via live chat support if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you receive suspicious security alerts. mage88 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account upon receipt of such notification.

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your mage88 account with any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on the mage88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. mage88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits are generally credited to your mage88 account within minutes of confirmed payment gateway processing. mage88 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mage88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in your own name that matches your mage88 registration details.
• mage88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal amounts exceeding defined thresholds as required under applicable AML policies.

mage88 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cutoff time. Actual receipt of funds depends on processing times of the applicable payment provider. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. mage88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds if there is evidence of: (a) abuse of the bonus system including multi-accounting; (b) use of low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; (c) misrepresentation of identity or eligibility; or (d) any other breach of this Agreement.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be combined unless explicitly permitted. mage88 may withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has been offered with a defined expiry date, unclaimed bonuses or unmet wagering requirements will lapse upon that date without compensation.

All games available on the mage88 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen game rules and any other document, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by live dealing in licensed studio environments for live casino products. mage88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNG systems are subject to independent third-party testing and certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts gameplay, mage88 will endeavour to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the interruption where technically feasible. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be refunded at mage88's reasonable discretion. mage88 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures that are attributable to factors outside its direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mage88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one player account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform
• Colluding with other players in any game format
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing of unlawful activities through your mage88 account
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or other obfuscation technology
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting resolution through mage88 support
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards mage88 staff or other players

All content on the mage88 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of mage88 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of mage88.

Third-party game content made available through the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. Your use of such content is governed by this Agreement and the terms of the applicable provider's licence to mage88.

mage88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the mage88 Privacy Policy.

mage88 implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal data it holds. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Player financial data is held in compliance with applicable data protection standards and is not shared with unauthorised third parties.

mage88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer the following self-management tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon configuration.

mage88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mage88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform, the accuracy of information published on it, or the fitness of any particular game for your purposes. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

mage88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

mage88 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) any breach of this Agreement; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (c) a regulatory requirement to do so; or (d) technical or security-related necessity. In cases of termination for cause, mage88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation in accordance with applicable law and licensing obligations.

You may close your mage88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon legitimate account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your designated payment method within a reasonable processing period.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mage88 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified by the applicable licensing authority.
